Account data: your email address, used for magic-link sign-in via our authentication provider (Supabase). No passwords are stored because none exist.

Billing data: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Xarpis stores your Stripe customer reference and subscription status, not your card details — those never touch our servers.

Calculation inputs: calculations run in your browser and are encoded into the page URL so you can share or revisit them. We do not require an account to use any calculator.

We don't sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

We don't claim ownership of your calculation inputs or reports.

Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting) process data on our behalf under their respective data-processing terms.

Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists. Email hello@xarpis.com to access, correct, or delete your data; deletion requests are honoured except for records we must keep for accounting law.

Xarpis is operated from Denmark and follows the GDPR. You can lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish data-protection authority.
