Questions engineers actually ask
- Do I need an account before paying?
- No. Enter your email and pay in Stripe. Your report unlocks in the same browser immediately. Completing an account later is optional.
- What happens after the 3 days?
- Access continues at $49 every 4 weeks until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account (Stripe customer portal).
- Is anything locked behind the subscription besides reports?
- No. Calculations, checks, sources, assumptions, and scope warnings are free for everyone. Unlocking removes the watermark from report PDFs and enables saves/history.
- Do new calculators cost extra?
- No. Access is platform-wide: every calculator added to Xarpis is included, with no per-tool pricing or tiers.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account page, through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops renewal; access continues until the end of the current period (including the intro 3 days).
- Does a subscription make the results certified?
- No. Xarpis is a preliminary design and verification tool. Reports document a traceable calculation; professional responsibility for the design remains with the engineer.
